In these two modules we'll cover the importance of having a website; why you need one, what to include within your site, and what insights (analytics) you can gain from it using free tools.
For Social Media, in these two modules we address the importance of having presence on popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. We'll cover best practices on how to show up (content) and engage with your ideal client/audience, and tools you can use to streamline and schedule your content.
We know it can be intimidating to read negative reviews, but in this module we'll cover how you can turn a bad review into a positive outcome for your business.
Email is the fourth and final component of the Online Neighborhood. Here we'll cover the importance of an email list, explain how to grow your list, what type of free value to give, and what management tool to use.
